This offer is for you to own a Holiday lodge on the Gayton Road Fisheries site in rural West Norfolk. We have the choice of two plots on the West bank and three on the East Bank of the superb Heron Pool.
You have the choice of three Tingdene Parkhomes overclad in wood, these are fully furnished, centrally heated, two bedroom accommodations. You may put your own touch on the interior layout and colour schemes.
A full length decking with a large balcony overlooking the fishery.
Each lodge will be erected on a full concrete slab and anchored to pre-cast eye bolts, and connected to all necessary services.
A parking space adjacent to your lodge.
The lodge will belong to you, and be sited for an initial lease period of 25 years. The on-site fishing is included for owners in this offer.
